OnMark Physical Therapy to become BenchMark Physical Therapy

OnMark Physical Therapy, an outpatient physical therapy group in Alabama, officially changed its name to BenchMark Physical Therapy on May 1.

Robert Funk, the original founder of OnMark, partnered with BenchMark Physical Therapy in 2012. This successful partnership allowed Funk and his team to improve the health of many in Birmingham and Huntsville. Today, the name is changing to create an alignment with both brands.

Walt Porter, Senior Vice President of Operations, says, “We are excited about this brand alignment as we collaborate to provide more access to physical therapy services from our staff who have some of the most advanced certifications in the industry.”

Patients and caregivers in the community can expect to receive the same high level of care from the same therapists. The seven clinics that are changing names are located in the Huntsville and Birmingham areas. They are in the neighborhoods of Athens, West Madison, Moody, Altadena Square, Chelsea, Helena and Hoover.
