Pro Therapy will become BenchMark Physical Therapy

Oct 13

Pro Therapy, a physical therapy group based in north Georgia, officially changed its name to BenchMark Physical Therapy on Sept. 1.

ProTherapy was founded in 1998 in Gainesville. It expanded into the northeast Georgia mountains before joining forces with BenchMark Physical Therapy in 2006.

Two of the founders, Shaun Brennan, PT, DPT, CEAS and Kendyl Brock, OT, CHT, partnered with BenchMark to improve patient insurance coverage along with gaining the support to grow.

Robert Cornett, PT, Gregg Wilson, PT, Krisi Probert OTD, CHT, Mary-Jo Lathrop, PT, and Audrey Williams, PT, are key players in the changeover.

All of the 12 Georgia ProTherapy clinics will follow this change. Signs have been replaced and clinics will be updated. Brennan emphasized this transition will have the same people with the same great results, just a new name.
